Stephen Roebuck

Stephen graduated from the University of Glasgow with an Honours degree in Management. After emigrating to Australia in 2009, he worked in several HR roles before moving into the world of Employment Relations.

Steven joined Employsure in 2013 and quickly worked his way up. He is currently responsible for the delivery of our Employment Relations and Health & Safety Services to 31,000 clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Steven also sits on the Small Business Association of Australia Think Tank. His professional interests include small business operating models, scaling small business, managing people and ER/IR.
