Rachael has a legal background and over a decade’s experience in Operational roles driving business efficiencies and process improvements. Rachael leads a 24-7 operation in all aspects of HR, H&S and Client Service. She develops Croner’s teams to deliver exceptional service and always be on hand for clients.
