She has helped the organisation reach 100,000 active users worldwide and overseen the BrightHR app to make it the highest-rated HR app in the Apple app store.

Jenny has worked to ensure small business owners can easily engage with BrightHR’s innovative range of products, such as the Furlough Navigator and Back to Work Navigator, helping keep them running throughout the pandemic.
