Gemma O'Connor
Head of HR Advisory and Technical Services, BrightHR, BrightHR, UK
Gemma joined Peninsula Ireland in 2010, working in several client facing and managerial roles across various departments. In 2022 she was promoted to Head of Service, where she worked closely with all service teams on the day-to-day operations ensuring we are working towards our strategic goals and adapting our service in line with client needs.
In August 2025, Gemma moved to Manchester to join BrightHR as Head of HR Advisory and Technical Services.
Gemma has extensive experience in HR and Employment Law with particular interest in employee relations and policy development.
