Since joining Peninsula in 2010, Gemma has worked in several client facing and managerial roles across various departments. In her current role as Head of Service, Gemma works closely with all service teams on the day-to-day operations ensuring we are working towards our strategic goals and adapting our service in line with client needs.
Gemma has extensive experience in HR and Employment Law with particular interest in employee relations and policy development.
