Nicole is passionate about HR and Employment Law. She joined Peninsula as an Employment Law Consultant after graduating from University with a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management. Throughout her 11 years with the company, Nicole has worked in many roles across several areas of the business, including our specialist Absence Management Advisory team. She now leads our HR Policy & Documentation department as an Associate Director. Nicole has a passion for training and development, delivering our live weekly webinars keeping our clients up to date with all areas of HR and Employment Law.
