Nicole started at Peninsula in 2019 as an HR Paralegal. She worked her way into the Litigation department to become a Lead Litigation Executive, proving herself to be skilled and knowledgeable. Her current role as Senior Legal Counsel means she is now the go-to person for all things Employment Law and HR within the in-house legal team.
She also continues to demonstrate commercial awareness, balancing this with the needs of the Group in providing advice to key stakeholders on various subject matters.
