Jess van der Walt is Head of Operations for BrightHR ANZ, passionate about empowering SMEs to build great workplaces.

Having previously owned and sold her own business, Jess understands the pressures business owners face every day. She has extensive HR experience in start-up and scale-up environments, having built and managed teams that have won various awards for their work.

Jess has been with the group close to 8 years and has grown with the business, becoming the leader she is today.
